2 FOR 1 Music/Gaming/DVDs

1. Provided you have purchased a CD, DVD, game or Blu-Ray product from Rolaserve (Pty) Limited (“the SP”), the 2 For 1 Benefit entitles You to a discount on the cost of a second CD, DVD, game or Blu-Ray.
2. The 2 FOR 1 Benefit discount is equal to the cost of the least expensive CD, DVD, game or Blu-Ray purchased by you, subject to a maximum discount of R 200.00 (two hundred Rand).
3. The 2 FOR 1 Benefit can only be redeemed for purchases of CD’s, DVD’s, games & Blu-Ray’s from the SP.
4. Provided The Unlimited has successfully collected the monthly Fee payable by you, the SP will SMS an electronic voucher to the cellular number you gave The Unlimited when you entered into the Agreement, after the 20th of each month. Please check the SMS voucher for the validity period.
5. Should the value of the discount not be sufficient to cover the cost of the 2 FOR 1 Benefit item (i.e. a CD, DVD, game or Blu-Ray), you will be required to pay the balance of the price.
6. No change will be given should the full value of the 2 FOR 1 Benefit not be redeemed.
7. Should you not use the maximum value of the 2 FOR 1 Benefit each month the balance will not be carried forward to subsequent months.
8. Additional purchases, over and above the 1 item purchased plus the 2 FOR 1 Benefit item will be invoiced at their full value.
9. The 2 FOR 1 Benefit cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Only one 2 FOR 1 Benefit voucher may be used per transaction.
11. Vouchers:
a. cannot be backdated;
b. can only be redeemed once.
c. are valid for 3 years
12. Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
13. Should you lose your SMS voucher you can request a replacement voucher number by phoning/emailing the SP’s call-centre. The SP will SMS a replacement voucher to you within 24 working hours of your request.
14. The SP reserves the right to request positive identification from you before accepting your request to redeem a Benefit.


(a) 2 For 1 Music/Gaming/DVDs - Redemption Process:

1. Online process:

 
1. Visit www.theunlimitedplay.co.za
2. Sign in by clicking the “Register/Sign in” button. New Users: Please register by filling in your details under “New Users”. If you have already registered select the “Current Users” option.
3. Select the items you wish to purchase by selecting the “Add to cart” button on each individual item.
4. Once you have finished shopping click on “Shopping Cart”. You will have an opportunity to review your order. If your order is correct proceed to “Checkout”.
5. Enter your voucher number where prompted to do so on the “Ship & Pay” screen. Your cart total will be updated with any relevant discount. Complete the checkout process by following the on-screen prompts.
6. You will be notified via email or SMS of the status of your order.
7. Your order will be dispatched to you in accordance with the SP’s terms and conditions.
8. For future purchases, please do not forget your email/password combination.
9. Should you require any support you can contact the SP’s call centre on weekdays (but excluding public holidays) between 8am and 5pm on 0861 12 22 32, alternatively you can email the SP on support@theunlimitedplay.co.za.

2. Call-centre process:
 
1. Contact the SP’s call-centre on weekdays (but excluding public holidays) between 8am and 5pm on 0861 12 22 32.
2. A call-centre agent will register your account and assist you with your purchase.
3. You will need to provide the agent with:
4. Your personal details, including
a. your Get Living membership number;
b. your 2 FOR 1 Music/Gaming/DVDs voucher number; and
c. your payment details (either credit card, internet transfer or cash deposit).
5. Your order will be dispatched to you in accordance with the SP’s terms and conditions.
